The room was big and extremly clean, had a lovely view too. The bar staff were fantastic, especially Jodie, who always welcomed me with a smile, made me feel right at home.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still within reason.

The Imperial offers a fantastic location on the Promenade with breathtaking views of the bay. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring my business needs were met efficiently. Breakfast was impressive, with a variety of options, including fresh pastries and a selection of hot dishes made to order, served by attentive staff.
Noise from other rooms occasionally disrupted my relaxation.

missingWrote a review on Dec 21stunning viewstraditional punch and judy showgreat breakfasttight parking
Had a brilliant time with friends at this four-star spot. We enjoyed the traditional Punch and Judy show and even tried skiing at the local slope! The location was ideal and the breakfast was a treat, especially the cooked menu. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun getaway with beautiful views.
Just a heads up, parking was a hassle. it can get pretty tight around here, especially during peak times.

Heritage and charm of the building, Direct access to beach activities, Scenic terrace dining
The chlorine smell in the lobby is overpowering!!! the difficulty in finding usable parking spots is frustrating!!! It's really time for an upgrade to the dated room decor to compete with modern standards!!!

It was just a nice choice for a weekend breather in Llandudno with good value for price. The friendly restaurant manager was always there to help us with our needs. For those with dietary preferences, check the vegetarian options available at breakfast.

The Twin Room was super comfy, spacious, and really clean. I loved the big, fluffy towels and the quality toiletries. The balcony with a sea view was a great bonus for chilling out. Just a bit of a dated feel in some spots, but that added to the charm. Really enjoyed the peace and comfort during our stay.

The stay was really enjoyable, especially with the stunning views from our room which allowed us to soak in the beautiful sea front. The breakfast spread was varied and delicious, truly a highlight of our mornings. There were a few hiccups, particularly with accessing the changing facilities for the pool, but overall, the friendly atmosphere made up for it. We'll definitely consider returning again soon!

the staff at the imperial is super friendly and always helpful, made us feel right at home. our room was quite spacious n comfy with nice decorations. the pool and jacuzzi were def a highlight, we enjoyed it a lot. breakfast was really good, lots of options n everything tasted fresh. the hotel has a great location right by the sea, easy to get to shops n cafes.
we had some issues with noisy seagulls outside, which was annoying. also, the parking situation can be a bit tricky since it's first come first serve.

missingWrote a review on Sept 12attentive servicewonderful foodparking availabilityrestaurant atmosphere
I had a fantastic stay at the Imperial Hotel for my wife's birthday. The staff, especially Wendy and Charlotte, made us feel special from the start. Our room was spacious and cozy with a beautiful sea view. The attention to detail was noticeable. Charlotte even added sweet treats for my wife as a surprise during breakfast. The food throughout our stay was incredible, particularly the afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches and scones. The only downside was the limited availability of parking, which can be a hassle during busy times. The atmosphere in the restaurant also lacked a bit of energy in the evenings, even with a pianist. Still, these issues didn't overshadow our experience. I would definitely come back, especially for the great service and delightful meals.

missingWrote a review on Aug 29stunning viewsdelicious breakfastfriendly staffchanging room access
Had a fantastic getaway with friends! The views from the hotel are stunning, and we enjoyed visiting the Punch and Judy show nearby and the ski slope for some fun. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean which made our stay so enjoyable!
Only downside was the swimming pool situation. we were told we couldn't use the changing rooms like other guests, which felt unfair. It would be better if everyone had the same access.
